My husband was killed in a car crash almost 2 years ago leaving me to raise 3 children under the age of 10 by myself. I cannot stress enough to anyone who gets behind the wheel of a car: think about the flow on effect of your actions when driving. You might survive. You might not. But there are always people left behind who have to pick up the pieces of their lives because of your actions. My kids have no dad to watch them grow up and I have no husband with whom to grow old and enjoy life.

I seen an accident happen in front of me, I was almost a part of the thing, there were 2 people in front of me walking,3-4 foot steps further they would have been dead and I was just a few steps further away myself.

We were lucky, but not so much the people in the car that went flying from some fool not paying attention on the road. I didn't want to know what happened, so I don't know if the people in the car died, but there was glass everywhere and it was terrible.
