What bothers me is the board. It was not nailed or screwed down, yet someone allegedly stepped on it and it stayed in place. If a BF did step on it, likely it would have stuck in the foot and had to be removed, I highly DOUBT that the BF would have placed it back on the poach where they found it. More likely they would have found the board chucked 200 feet away in the weeds!

Also the footprint is in the wrong direction....

Concerning the alleged crime video... Isn't there a chance that it was a dramatized reinterpretation of the crime scene, because that looked like footage from monster quests more expensive cameras, and the man had to give them a tour telling them what was where and how it looked at the time of the incident. All the information they needed to botch up an accurate representation of the scene at the time.

The 2002 insurance video is a forensic document of a crime scene. It's used by the underwriters to calculate damages and to assist in a criminal investigation. It establishes that humans got the door open. Now if the hinges were ripped from it's anchors, the frame damaged and the door was lying on the ground, then they might have a chance to argue that BF did it.

Kids from the native community of Slate Falls. It's 15 minutes from the cabin. It's a well known fact that kids living in isolated native villages are bored out of their minds and will vandalize nearby outpost cabins. In fact, a lot of cabins that happen to be in the vicinity of isolated native villages are charged high insurance rates because of the risk of these bored kids. I suspect that the owner will need better security because I don't think the kids appreciated BF getting credit for it.

It might also be worth noting that 10y/o notebook paper would be yellowed, or at very least discolored, not in the pristine condition of the notebook they conveniently found. Also, the 1811 explorer supposedly recorded that tracks he found were four toed and clawed. MQ didn't bother to indicate that bear and apes both have five; which suggests that he saw the snow-exaggerated tracks of a large canine creature (if anything at all), and not some sort of apeman.
