I don't think the third comment was really necessary, but Camarale does have a point. Today, any country that possesses nuclear armaments require but a scarce army to defend there own country. Indeed France like most countries that possess nuclear weapons have publicly announced to the world that any enemy inserection in their lands, or launch of enemy ballistic weapon, would trigger the launch of all nuclear armaments currently on aim. Who needs any protection on such terms may i ask ?
