The new standard is 30 compresions, followed by 2 breaths for adult, child and infant CPR. Also, there is no circulation check, just a breathing check; if there is no breathing, give the two breaths then go straight to CPR. And it is a minor point, but you're now supposed to resuscitate for 2 minutes (about 5 cycles) instead of 1 minute before going for help.
