Came like that.  United States Law requires that all realistic looking toy/replica guns have at least the first 1/4 inch of the barrel painted "Blaze Orange". Mainly this is to prevent YOU getting shot if a cop rolls up while you're playing.

Some of the trademarks that are in Thai are actually spaced incorrectly. As someone who knows Thai, this annoys the hell out of me.

The error is also present in the anime.

I don't know what they've engraved on that one, but it should say "92F" somewhere on its right side, dispelling your myth that the Sword Cutlass is an M93. :)

You can try. Around here if you take off the orange tip you're screwed. Just recently 2 kids were at an anime convention with airsoft guns without the orange tips and were "asked to leave" The police arrested them outside the convention.

Of course the thing is bit questionable, but if the guns are first made realistic, then ruined with orange, that´s what I call a failure. I don´t really know why it is like that in the US. First some stupid one robbed a store with airsoft gun? Or cops shot a kid who was using an airsoft? Who knows... Well anyway, I might be getting this gun later this summer. :D

Redwolf Airsoft (online) was selling them as of 2 weeks ago. I don't know if they're in stock or anything though. Be carefull taking anything like this outside the country. Customs can be tough. It might be legal here, but I don't know about Canada.

Best idea is to call your local police department and ask them about airsoft. There's a good chance that they may not even know what it is. It happens a lot around here. And who knows, you might even get some officers to come play with you :)

It's not full auto. On a side note, even the mags are designed like the ones she uses in the series with the diamond shaped indentations on the sides of them.
