  • I live in Denver and the job market here is in the toilet (I

ve been laid off WAY too long!)! After seeing this, and looking at jobs listed on OKC Craigslist, I'm thinking maybe I ought to move to OKC. That BrickTown place reminds me of Denver's 16th Street Mall district... sort of. I'm so close to leaving Denver, I will likely go to OKC if I get the invitation. Any OKC area employers reading this? I'l send you my resume` if you like. Really.

  • Nice video however it needs a new version showing all the changes since this one.

  • @PlumberOklahomaCity Thanks! You can check out our newest version under our videos. It's called "Oklahoma City -- Let's Run the Numbers"

  • I come it soon :D . I rlly like this place :D

  • Nice city, but very spread out.

  • @Microblitz Norman,The Village,Edmond all good.

  • Almost moved to OKC in '03 due to unemployment in Denver. Now, I'm ouit of work again and I may lose my condo which I bought in '05 and is worth $18000 less than I paid for it. I wonder if I should reconsider moving there?

  • I've lived in the city all of my life, and I must admit --The neighborhoods are quiet, the people, depending on their day of course, can be absolutely wonderful, and the lakes truly offer a unique piece of mind to all who visit. Oklahoma is the place to be, and I'm loving it.

  • I like Tulsa alot better but thats just me.

  • Txman1996,

I lived in Calif nearly 40 years, and during that time, we had: a tsunami, huge wildfires that destroyed thousands of homes, massive race riots, earthquakes, powerful winter storms that flooded huge areas in the Valley and buried mountain towns under snow, continual property crime, constant violent crime, and daily interaction with rude, arrogant people. The Calif attitude: "You are not welcome here." Add a bankrupt gov, broken economy, and sky-high costs. Folks, do your homework!

  • i miss oklahoma city, i lived there for 3 years after that i was deported to my home country morocco for expiring visa.but it was suhc a great experience!!! now i am a sales manager for a international company here in morocco but i still love that place

  • i lived in OKC, in a 2 bedroom house and paid $450/mo(not including utililties) but hell yea, it's cheap. cheaper than DC. now i live in NW DC and pay twice that for an apt.

  • I used to live in Oklahoma City. I live an hour outside of the city. I go there all the time.

Oklahoma City is underated. It is bigger than most people think.

    I has about everything.

It is not a po-dunk town.

    Very varied this City is.

  • I've lived in Oklahoma City since I was born... that was over 27 years ago. I have lived in San Francisco and Denver, and visited several other major cities (New York City, San Diego, Dallas, etc.). It was always good to come home. I still live here, and my wife and I have chosen to raise our family here. Oklahoma City is home... no matter where its natives might travel.

  • i live here and thay caotured it vary well

  • God bless Oklahoma! Boomer Sooner!

  • I know the owner of Chelino's. That dude is pretty cool.

  • whats the song at the begining

  • I came from toronto which is a largest city in northamerica . thinking oklahoma would never be my kind of city ,but i was wrong this place is far better than toronto. I've bought a house here ,both me and wife are happy to live here.

  • Toronto's the largest city in Canada, not North America. I think Mexico City, New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles all have Toronto beat. Depending upon where you draw the line, Boston, DC, San Francisco, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Phoenix, Atlanta also have are bigger than TO. But nontheless, congratulations on your fine choice of Oklahoma City for your home. OKC is definitely a rather underrated gem that is getting better and better by the days. Renaissance City - Oklahoma City!

  • TO must not be that big if all those cities are bigger. My city is about a million & is bigger then some of those.

  • OKC is awesome and this video is great. Keep the Renaissance going OKC!

  • Good going Oklahoma City! Great video!

  • OKC is a City on the rise
