There's a difference, there is proof that Bores lifts lines word for word off other youtube reviewers and never acknowledges the fact, in fact when he began he pretended that he didn't know who AVGN was, but later sent a letter of apology to AVGN for "accidentally" lifting lines and admitting that he watched his videos for a long time.

That's why it's "illegal." Unless the footage can be filed under fair use (which it isn't) it can be used. AVGN's DVDs cost more because there is more content. If you can't see that then I'm sorry but you're too dumb to live.

The reason Bores isn't in prison is due to no one buying it. It's a complete piece of GARBAGE!

Not only is he a Youtube partner immune to getting banned but even if you did manage to ban him he'd just come back with a new account like what countless people do when they get banned off Youtube.
