I was very much involved in communicating with Brother Howard throughout his Honorary Membership process. There was no hazing; there were no paddles or strippers. I think his comments were made in jest. If you look at his body language as he was speaking, you can probably pick up on the "fun" he was having with Jimmy. Brother Howard's accomplishments and his excellence in his craft attracted our noble fraternity to him. The quality of the men in our organization attracted him to us!
