@superhel it sounds like that to you because trance music is influenced by ambient music. jean michel jarre played ambient music. ambient uses synthesizers and piano melodies and no beats. by the way trance derived from house, detroit techno and ambiet. i love ambient and trance. autechre vletrmx is a good example of ambient music.

its probably custom, wel made tbh, but you can hear it since there seem to be sudden tone jumps, hard to explain it its like where you expect a note to be the next is allready played. Might just be me (not) hearing things though lol.

@DJQuickSB It does seem so, but it's the arp he's got on it that makes it have wierd jumps. my advice: don't use arp's, put the notes in the piano roll yourself, then u always know what notes it's playing and u'r always in control of every single note

@SpydersCraft Well, just judging by what the Sytrus plugin says in the video, it's the Trance Lead 2. That may not mean anything as you can create your own presets.

@SpydersCraft take a look at how many presets are in Ogun, Say you listen to every one of them for 1 second, which isn't even enough... divide that by 60 per minute, divide by 60 per hour, divide by 24 hours, divide by 365 days in a year... How many years is that...

Now imagine, your listening to each sytrus preset for 5 seconds... do the math. I think its better to make your own patches than to use presets. just use presets to learn.
