it's an educational LEGO set. (Go check LEGO Education's website!) It's centrepiece is a computer controlled USB Hub, which has motor outputs and sensor inputs. That' all i know, ask Searme for more

what was not understandable. il try rewording it. if you remove the torso from the players will the legs be able to spin all the way around?

@tomanater00 Perhaps you should use a spellchecker, these come with every major browser these days. Removing torso won't help, I would have to change the way the minifigures are attached to the axles. And it would make the axles very weak, I'm afraid.

@creepolicious Jest drogie. Żeby użyć, podłączać elementy PF przez huby USB do kompa i programujesz używając specjalnego softu. Niestety, nie daje to takich możliwości jak Mindstorms.
