That's 10:00 (more specifically: 10:00.0000000000) How does 18:23 comply with the 10:00 rule that I and everyone else is required to follow? I am certainly not bashing the content of your upload (except for the fact that a great deal of it is copyrighted and you cite none of that - and you type in all caps, which absolutely pisses me off because it looks like garbage and is impolite and evil.)
