I remember going on this ride in the early 90's with my mom. She said she wouldn't ride it again, not because it was too fast, but because she didn't like the sound of it. I'm not sure if Rolling Thunder has always been a rough ride. I was too young to remember. Maybe Six Flags has let it deteriorate, now that they have newer and more exciting thrill rides?? Does anyone think that Rolling Thunder could be unsafe at this point?
