I think this lady has been wanting to show us this side of herself for sometime now, i understand the anxiety that she has been feeling leading up to this vidio. It's both a huge step and a massive gamble, to lay oneself bare in this way, for all to see. This will make some of Amy's following feel a little uneasy, i can understand her reluctance, if any, to have gone through with this, though i for one, am glad she did. @kimokaker How is this self-indulgent and self-obesessive? Part of an artist's life is reflecting on oneself and she is reflecting on her emotions through interpretive dance. No different than somebody choreography a beautiful ballet to relay emotions, this is just her using authentic movements as her choreography and moving as she feels inclined to. She has shared it (which is very personal) with all of us to help us, either to inspire us to try it or else to validate our own methods.
