Acts, codes, regulations, and statutes only apply to government!!! dispute your ticket and write to the crown and ask them "what function of government have you been performing"? as per section 32 and cite court cases, "R v Dell" and R v Big M Pharma". this will beat any criminal charge and anything else for that matter. Yes I have done it! Just like Ben says, it does not apply!
