Paula I have very poor eyesight, I'm severely near sighted. I can only imagine the chemicals and other unnatural materials that make up these coke bottles I must wear for vision correctness. When sun gazing, can you tell me - should I remove my glasses and gaze with the naked eye? HRM asked me "cant' you get rid of that black spot" so I touched up the image, but I resented it, because the fact of color saturation of the photo lens, is an interesting detail, as far as I'm concerned.

what is it that Makes HRM an "expert"? By his own experience? Other sungazing teachers in india offer different methods for sungazing. HRM is not the only sungazer. He is just the most vigilant self-promoter. He can study all sort of ancient practices, and it doesn't make him a medical expert

HRM lectured at my home in Toronto months ago and I have been sungazing for some time. I am up to 4 minutes and it is a wonderful practice, it has been challenging with the chemtrail spraying, increased cloud cover, winter has been grey. HRM says that moon gazing creates "luna"tics and is mentally destabilizing. I love the Moon, however I do not practice moon-gazing in any formal way.

that weird Gibraltar vid is something that a couple of friends and i made by first writing a poem that we passed back and forth to one another, then having a computer voice named "Rich" read it(complete with his very own inflections)and then we put some pictures to our bizarre new story... :)

yeah didn't you hear the interview? and especially after the formal interview...(where I talk about the incident mid day...)I looked directly at the sun and pulled in the energy but the circumstances were unusual...I had worked myself into a bad situation and needed what I knew I couldn't get from food

I will try to do this. This information could not have come at a more inportant time because if G.M. foods poisoning us. Would be great not to need food, saves money too. It stands to reason when you think of it that food is stored solar energy and your body changes it back to energy.

Yes, I expect it is to much of a leap to eat no food after a year or so, but would be great if it were possible. Reducing stress is great also.

I am hoping to go to Brazil next year to use Ayahuasca for spiritual experience. I would then like to go to India to an Ashram to pratice meditation and whatever else I can leasrn like levitation if I can do that as I am very overweight...
