I've attended Bob Proctor and many other motivational speakers seminars and have a whole library of these books. IT WORKS! If you don't understand something, why bother criticizing it or even WATCHING it...just to condemn it. What a waste of time. It saids more about YOU than the speaker. I used these techniques to set a goal of earning $175,000 in 1 month. I earned $175,300 that month. Everyone I've taught these technigues to hit their goal btwn 3 & 4th wk. It didn't matter WHAT the goal was.

People are healed of all kinds of diseases with tapping.

Why don't you try it for yourself to see the results. The proof is in the pudding.

Obviously you won't know how to do it since you reject it. Just try to be open minded about it and have someelse doing it on you. You will be amazed.

I will give you one word that sums it all up and that word is PLACEBO.

There are endless "methods" by which people will claim all sorts of "healings" from this nonsense to going down to the local church healing meeting.

If an individual has belief that something is doing them good then it will do them good, it's that simple.

These money making techniques are just entertainment while the body finds a way to heal itself.

But don't you find it interesting that a placebo is even possible. You seem to discount the similarity of the concept "placebo" with the concept "tapping" or the "law of attraction". Consider a time before you even knew what a placebo was. If at that time I told you that I could produce the same effect in one person by making him BELIEVE he's taking a drug as if he actually took it, you probably wouldn't believe me and think I was some snake oil salesman.

Explain to me in detail how a placebo works. I suspect you will be describing quite closely the process involved in the law of attraction. You just have a scientific word for it that fits easily into your belief structure.

@cspace1234nz of course its placebo, placebo is at the heart of mind over matter debate. The pill isn't doing the work, the energy of your mind is which is the very core of this teaching. If you don't believe in it, it will do very little or nothing for you. You are not seeing the forest through the trees.

@cspace1234nz Actually I think that there is a third option that people often overlook, and that is the hypnotic state combined with the cognitve effekt of the phrase, when you tap your body relaxes, since the points you tap are biological points that releases the bloodstreams and gets blood and sugar (energy) circulating. The cognitive affirmation even though, ---problem statement-- I deeply and completely accept myself. is affecting the reversal more easy when in this relaxed state.

Bob Proctor doesn't tap into his intuition. There isn't even much evidence it exists. IN his seminars when he 'reads minds' he is doing basic cold reading. I brought a psychic who admits he uses cold reading in his acts and showed him a clip of Bob, and he said it was without a doubt cold reading.
