If you're going to hold those opinions, then you should address the problem that blacks have with the education system as well as job performance. I'm not talking about individually but rather collectively because there are the Colin Powell's who are a cut above and who earned everything they worked hard to get. Blacks would do well to ditch Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and quit making everything out to be the white people's scheme to keep the black man down.

I think that as a nation, we have looked past racial discrimination in regards to hiring. I even think that now, employers are openly looking to hire minorities over more qualified whites just to avoid being viewed as a racist employer. Think about it. I technically could sue the NBA because the white population isn't fairly represented, or the mexican american population isn't fairly represented, but will I? HELL NO. Black people kick ass at basketball. They are more qualified than whites.
