I'm glad I was born in 1985 I got to grow up watching tv and listening to music when it was all still good. 1990-2000 really was the golden era of Nickelodeon I mean it truly was a network for kids it had it's own sitcoms, game shows, sci-fi/horror anthologies, teen dramas and cartoons. I feel sorry for the youngest generation they don't know what quality entrrtaiment is.

Make Nickelodeon about fun again! I miss the bizarre, funny, and offbeat shows and ads! And if you want education, make it realistic, and make kids relate to it! Even the shows like 'As Told By Ginger' were sensible, but funny as heck! Kids can relate to that. But now, we either have to buy a cable box to view the classics, go to Viacom's website (riddled with ads) or risk getting sued and look here.

My favorite was Rugrats, and the one show where it features "monsters" I remember the monsters show was almost off-air, but they had it on 5 AM on weekdays. When i was about 6 years old i would always wake up at 5 AM to watch that show. classic...

Let's both be honest, the only good things Nickelodeon creates today are action cartoons but that was a few years ago. Their sitcoms are... Mediocre at best, (though damn, that's one big branch right there, All That to Amanda Show to Drake & Josh to ICarly to Gym Teacher and that Naked Brothers movie where Miranda was in), Penguins is horrible at animation, Mighty B's annoying, and Barnyard... I just don't like it. Though Tak to be honest, I quite liked even though it was nothing like the games.

Hell yes. Aah, Real Monsters! was a classic. Come to think of it, so was KaBlam and Oh Yeah! Cartoons, both of which introduced the world to treasures like Action League Now! and Fairly OddParents. If only they could get rid of Nick @ Nite and air the classic 1990s shows, bumps and everything. I know they won't do that, but a kid can dream, can't he?
