I agree I was super afraid in the beginning. but then after you start getting more powerful and then go to lands where youre not completely alone, you get comfortable. BUT then you go to hallow bastion and before you know it donald and goofy have abandoned you and all you have is a wooden sword and the moody Beast. oh and yeah, you have to navigate a waterway where new darkball heartless are EVERYWHERE. I was so scared of that part I remember. I was so relieved when I entered the castle!

I hate KH now, because when I found out about KH2:FM+, I just felt like I was playing the bootleg version of an awesome game. Also, forcing you to cross platforms to play all the games, even onto portable, killed it for me, because KH is all about story, as you all know.

Still when I did love KH, I love this song so much, because it just got me hyped to play. The sound track is amongst the best. Piano and strings with bass in the background!?! How classic and creative at the same time.

Light and dark were defined after the keyblade war, where the two factions (and realms) split from "the fringe" (the exact centre between light and dark), and as a result light and dark exists in all worlds (and hearts).

However those on the light side of the fringe are governed by a majority of light, with only a spec of darkness remaining. This can be exploited at the keholes of the worlds. (and vise versa for dakrness).

@3030sonic they exploited the "rifts" of darkness.

these rifts exist as a link between the origin of the worlds, where light and dark were one before the keyblade war.

There is always a little darkness in eveyr world, and if you are strong enough (like malificent) you can open up tunnels to any world. Only beings without hearts, or hearts corrupted by darkness can travel in them, because the tunnels will corrupt your heart. However in theory there is a light counterpart to dark worlds.
