Actually, in CB slang, a "convoy" is a group of vehicles linked by CB. The slang used by CBers suggests that a convoy would have at least three vehicles:

1.) Front door: the lead vehicle in a convoy

2.) Rocking chair: the middle position in a convoy. The "rocking chair" of a convoy can contain any number of vehicles and is typically the safest place to be.

3.) Back door: the rear vehicle in a convoy.

There is no restriction on what vehicles can belong to a convoy.

I've only been driving 13 years and I have noticed a change in the caliber of drivers on the road. It goes back to training in my opinion. We have lost many of our experienced drivers for different reasons. It's hard to find good drivers and/or trainers.
