I still think that this was not a good movie to make: the actress is clearly only a child. And whereas it is sad that there are dozens of Violets around the world that share this fate, it does them no good to have a movie in which great profits are made off of the loss of innocence of both the actress involved and in glorifying a practice that should be the strict provenance of policemen and child welfare advocates.
