Thankyou for the upload, however, I downloaded the plugin and tried to make a call & it didn't work. tried several times. The phone number was entered , I clicked on blue call button, nothing. happened.
@JoDaddyy Make sure you are using Gmail standard (at the bottom of the page), and look in settings if your chat is disabled. And no, you do not need any extra software, except when you use the call feature for the first time it will ask you to download a plugin. If you can't find out how to enable chat, use Google. I'm not really sure why you can't see it, because it's enabled right from the start.

I have a Gmail account, but I don't have the "Chat" thing. How do I get it? Is it some sort of software like MSN?
