if u go to russia ull realise that no one sticks to speed limits... when it says 60 everyones going practically double that... our taxi driver in kiev was going 130-140 through the city... so to be honest that guy was prob speeding going close to 100 and coz those cars arent likely to be 4 or 5 star rated hence they were prob both... yer u know.
