  • wow this is bad cardio 10 seconds break way lone break for only 20 seconds besides this workout would be better if u just did mountain climbers for 20 seconds 3-7 seconds rest okay but 10 is pushin it depending on where you are starting

  • i think its more intense if u are in the same position as she is,full palms on the ground though,and alternate legs as fast u can,almost as if ur running but with ur palms on the ground.

  • She's doing Tabata 20 seconds on full and 10 seconds of rest....8 rounds; 4 minutes total. It is great!!! Look it up on line, you can find alot of info and a free downloadable timer.

  • so let me get this straight, you do the exercise for 20 seconds, have a 10 second break, and repeat, for 4 minutes? and switch legs at every break or at the end of the 1st 2 minutes?

  • i'm not going to appeared like hyper tuff in here but the only thing i found hard in this workout is for the fingers. lol perhaps i'm doing it wrong.

  • This is really hard. I workout 5 times a week 2 hours a day and I couldn't do it more than 3 minutes total including the 10 seconds rests.

  • Maybe you're not doing it in proper form? As she said, you need to be going all out for those 20 seconds. And hey, if it's not big deal, more power to you. Try ankle weights.

  • That has to be one of the dumbest comments I've ever seen on Youtube. On a scale of fitness she is a 10. I can see her muscle definition but she is skinny. That is extremely hard to do. Trust me, she aint starving herself. No way!  The energy she has and the muscle.

  • I'm a fitness expert and I suggest for a really intense cardio workout try using weights four sets of 10 to 12 with a maximum of 30 seconds rest in between sets. This will provide both areobic and anarobic training that will push your limits far byond you could imagine.

  • The thing that I like is that she's real. Not the Typical cardio workout where they could go forever and never break a sweat. Real pain, Real exhaustion

  • Guerrilla cardio is great. And as she said it burns a lot more fat than running on the treadmill for an hour. Most of the fat burning actually comes after the workout.
