@luvsbuffgurls Thanks! Yes, you're correct on all counts. We have extraordinary sites here and throughout upstate that even many locals are unaware of. Kodak is just one long unfortunate story over the past 20 years, and for some reason downtown has become even more troublesome as time goes on. Lots of wonderful people ("Friendliest City in America" according to Reader's Digest) and yet lots of problems in the city. To top it off, the highest property tax rate in the entire *country* (UGH!).
@facelessfatloss well you still have wegmens lol we began getting them in jersey a couple of years ago but i hate going cuz it's hard to not spend more than $50 at a time and get things u didn't know u needed lol. can't be u guys beat out jersey for highest property taxes. if you don't appeal they'd charge u $11,000 for a 3-bedroom townhouse in jersey..
