More: If you use RF I don't know what you're doing if that plugs into a VCR or right into your TV? If it plugs into your TV and you put your TV on ch 3 that you probably can't get the stereo sound from the Red and White RCA cables directly off the TV at the same time. If you're using AV cable from genesis like I said with the Yellow than just plug the Red and White in beside. But on RF to TV on ch3 you'll need a separate stereo like a receiver or whatever with RCA stereo inputs.
Okay did you say you have a PVR? How does your Genesis hook up to your PVR? Do you have the AV cables that plug into the BIG round port with like 5 pins in the back and goes to a yellow and white RCA plug or do you use an RF switch box that plugs into the smaller hole in the back and goes to a box with a coaxial cable you have to screw on? If you have the AV cables than you'll only use the yellow RCA plug for video and the White and Red RCA plugs from that other audio cable you showed.
I should ask about a similar cable at radio shack.would they have a similar cable?
