Hi
There are various ways of energizing the stars, Day light, electrical lighting or even with a black UV light. the latter will energize them more quickly and brighter. They will gently glow all night long. It's a real wonder.

I think you can get these @ Spencers store in the mall. They have a huge glow in dark section in back
