I can't believe I have used the little cans all my life for this. What an idea, it looks fantastic. I am going to try it this way next time. You need a cooking show on the Food Network all by yourself. Thanks.
I cant thank you enough.... i'm a scout in Australia and for our District camp i chose this recipe .....when i practiced it , it didn't work.....know i can easily make it :)
Wow, lady, I like your style. I'm known for being a harsh critic on cooking channels, but I'm not going to slam you. You're just beautiful. I would never use a metal spatula in a seasoned cast iron pan, but hey... you cook with total honesty. I'll make this (with a really nice crust) in my cast iron frying pan. I'll just use the wooden spatula I brought back with me from the Philippines. I will sub because you are special.
"And I'm gonna fix you a plate because I know you're hungry" LOL that's the best part of your two videos on corned beef. I'm definately gonna try this recipe. Thanks so very much for putting it up for us to see.
@vention4wh Thanks! When you corn your own meat, which is a form of preserving,it can be even more economical. Of course you won't want to eat it all the time, but the leftover possibilities are great. If you smoke the corned beef instead of baking it, and coat the outside with ground pepper rub, you will have pastrami! Thanks for the sub also. Love your channel and always follow you. I am glad you started sprouting. Take care! Noreen
Looks great Noreen. I remember that when I was young made from leftovers/scratch. I'm older than you and my parents are depression era kids. We had a lot of dishes that didn't cost much at all! Waste not, want not. Right?
Ohh Yummy, Noreen, can we come over to your house for dinner? And you make it JUST how we love it...crispy, and with a nice poached egg on top! Thanks for another wonderful video. God Bless you and a very Joyous Easter to you and yours.

Got to try this, I like corned beef straight out of the can but this looks so much better.
I did the Steak Stroganoff (minus a few things, no Sour Cream or worchestershire) about twoo weeks agao and it was GREAT.
Thank you for all the vids.
