  • ...Your blood does NOT boil at 65,000ft or 300,000 ft....WHY do people keep saying this silly crap? This guy, if anyone, should know this. Your blood is in a contained, pressurized system (your body) so "boiling" is not going to happen... In fact you can actually survive in space NAKED for at least a minute....with extremely bad sunburns of course. I guess it sounds more 'dramatic' to talk about blood boiling though(?)

  • @DrSebby Actually - you're not exactly right. Without the pressure suit, your body would be affected by the low pressure massively. Fluids would actually boil because of the low pressure. Your body is only "pressurised" due to atmospheric pressure on the surface. If only continues to be pressurised at 30,000 feet in a plane because IT is pressurised. If you submit your body to extremely low pressure, it will affect you.

Like, for example - climbing a mountain.

  • did he make it??

  • @EpicVblogs he didnt do it, there was a legal issue where someone said they had the rights to this and threatened to file a multi-billion dollar lawsuit you can see on his website. stupid ppl gotta whine ab stuff and deprive us of awesome entertainment

  • Felix isn´t allowed to do the jump. It was planed for 2011. There is a lawsuit with an american guy....

  • WHEN is he going to DO this jump??? I really want to know!

  • Breaking the Sound Barrier, That will be some mean Free Flying. Wonder what the hyperthetical costs of sending a second person would be? If you are going to get 5 minutes of free fall, may as well make the most of it and have some VRW fun and to see what works best at the edge of space, a GoPro or a Sony CX100? I'm keen sign me up, just need my Neopreen Gloves and an extra set of long johns.

  • Fielix Båhmgahdner :D

  • wondrful what date is this happening ? i beleive its very dangerous above 114000 feet ie pressure suit failing etc.if he doesnt make it ill give it a go !

  • @rasorclips haha if you have a spare million or so sure?

  • @rasorclips You do realize Felix has the most experience out of really anybody else right?

  • @dyegunswin who cares, just jump off & pull a your parra, not much skill there. its more balls doing the jump than skill.

  • @rasorclips Except that when Joe K. did it, he was in a crazy ass spin, went unconscious, and is only alive because his reserve went off. When I said that, I meant that someone who has a couple jumps under their belt isn't the right person for the job. Last I heard, Felix has at least 3000. Also holding several records in it.

  • @dyegunswin just shows the level of skill lol he was out of it... again all balls required , skill - hmmm nup, nuff said

  • @dyegunswin

    Joseph Kittinger > Felix.

Joseph didn't debate whether or not and cancel his dive, he had the balls to just do it.

  • @Rw7451 You do know it wasn't Felix that cancelled the jump, right? They are in a lawsuit thanks to some French Asshole...go figure.

  • @dyegunswin It was an American who sued Red Bull, not a French, get your facts straight. His name is Daniel Hogan, look it up on Google.

  • @rasorclips Riiiiight. That's why us skydivers are required to train pretty extensively and prove that we can do specific aerial maneuvers with our body, fall flat, recover from spins/being on our back, fly/break/turn/stall/recover our parachute, pass night jump qualification, and so on and so forth. Yea, no skill involved - all balls. Keep thinking that buddy. If you don't have skill you won't be allowed back on that plane, period.

  • awesome!
