Ironically, the original script for Brother Bear had a plot that was very similar to the Lion King, at least that's what I heard.

A crossover with Brother Bear and Lion King 2? Surprisingly, it works very well. It complements the footage nicely.

@Tauzzi Actually, the plot for Lion King 2 seems to largely resemble Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", where two lovers born into two feuding families fall in love and ultimately bring the families together, although in the Lion King the main characters live.
