@aba2185 Hayward will be a stud, I guarantee it....why do you want another rookie project when you can get a solid big in free-agency. While every other team is courting the "Big free-agents" the jazz can go after Haywood, O'neil, etc...big guys who are proven and ready to play now. I think Hayward is a solid pick and jazz fans will be happy once they see him suit up.

@snakedoc1306 Agreed, The Jazz did great this off season. I'm so pumped for Hayward. The Jazz had this planned since draft night. They were already talking about the Al Jefferson trade so they knew we didn't need a rookie center. So they drafted the best white boy shooter(the best kind) with some work Hayward could be another Korver with the flexability of AK

@aba2185 he 6'9" and very athletic. He played mostly C/F for us but he's been working at playing the 3 spot. Evans can jump out the gym, he has a pretty good stroke, he's just got to get more consistent. You'll be glad you guys got him.
