want to give spirit bear like a dagon but he does not have mana? then just give him an energy booster then go to the fountain and he would have 250 mana :)

@DirtySoda here is a cool item for spirit bear :) ........ use syllabear and give him a armlet of mordiggian. Click it then give it to spirit bear and spirit bear would get the benefits but he wont get 25 str and his life wont decrease :)

@dirtySoda you can use 2 manta styles but it would be a weird build  MANTA then REFRESHER ORB THEN a diffrent manta then you would get 4 iLLU :D

meepo's net is a magical-based spell so using ghost scepter wont release you from it, but being magic immune (BKB, naix rage, or repel) will release you. Naga's net and bear's entangle are physical-based spells, so using ghost scepter will release you from it, but being magic immune won't. Just for some additional points.

basically by being ethereal unit (achieved by using ghost scepter / ethereal blade / decrepif), you just can avoid all damage source as long it's type is physical or mixed. Go to playdota to see the list of all physical/mixed type damage sources.
