Yes, it's true, women are indeed used as an object (for a guy to come and use it)... this is true in all western society, where at same times saying saying in Islam countries women are oppressed. Actually, in Muslim society women is well respected.

Advertising is a form of communication whose purpose is to inform potential customers about products and services and how to obtain and use them.
Therefore I can't see Marketing nor advertisement contradicts with any faith or religion but I see it as a modern way to market product or service.
