ONLY in this game! If you were to do this in real life the first blow from some of those attacks would have killed the other guy outright! Spinal, skull, and neck fractures and lets not forget that those neck snaps would have been an insta-kill!!! But its Mortal Kombat so... what are you gonna do? its in the franchise.
