@kaitofloyd No worries mate. I wasn't offended. When I changed the cam chain tensioner the sound disappeared so it was all good back then.

i have the same problem, and it has an aftermarket chain tentioner that is adjustible but no mater how much i try to adjust it stll makes nosies, could it be my chain stretched?

got a similar noise on a m8s 600FK

It was the cam chain tensioner. An easy fix. I bought mine cheap, buy the manual one, not the original. Google it!

@drbarris Have the same problem with my F4.. how did you adjust the tension with the manual tensioner? and has this problem come back since?

I have the exact noise on same model have you had it fixed yet and how much did it cost.

I'd go for the tensioner. It doesn''t cost much and it's easy to do. Good luck!
