@lakanbaboy Yes, you want as little air time as possible in the lift. With heavier weight there is less airtime as it becomes easier to pull body under bar.
The way to think of it is that the only time you can exert force on the barbell is when your feet are in contact with the platform. Even when you are going under bar you are still exerting force on the barbell so you want your feet on the floor as quick as possible. Also when your feet smack the floor it adds more instant force to the bar.
too loopy! same problem as before, needs to get feet further under bar and pull from the middle of his foot and then his heel back angle is not maintained long enough
needs to go back and break down movement with hang snatches, snatch grip stiff legs, slow pulls from the floor
yea its weird I always make sure that the bar is over the middle of my foot, but I think setting up I hit the bar with my shins and it rolled forward. the bar tends to be very unstable on some platforms
Yeah that looks to be the culprit, you have normal proportions so the bar should be right over your metatarsal phalangeal joint. For me, I need to have the bar a little further out since I have a short torso.
so you are 1,45 m tall?

I'm not sure what you mean feet further under the bar, he does need to start with his shoulders more forward over the bar.
