Ehm..... He is NOT dead in real life! Were you dropped on your head or something? If you try to wrap your head around it, the one is is embracing is the guy who plays Batista on the set of Dexter which is a tv series. NOT ACTUALLY HAPPENING (It's called fiction as the characters in the show are fictional, played by actual human beings that function much like you and me)
