MMJ really does help a lot of people with several differant ailments. I have terrible back pain problems and bipolar, anxiety disorders. MMJ helps with all of the above. Why hassle the dispesaries. Go after the street corner gang banging, gun toting drug dealers as stated.
I would rather live in lawless anarchy than a tyrannical police state. Everything america is supposed to stand for is gone. I just wonder how many seasons of american idol will play before people see it and if our only option will be full scale civil war by then.
The scary thing is that to convict these people the DA will stop at nothing and spend any amount of money to lie to judges and juries and try to convince that sales is not legal. Sales is legal. Patients have a moral obligation to help each other. Call it what you want. I call it compassion.

Whatever the name of the operation 'Endless Summer' or 'Green RX' this case is entrapment by the DA and police.

How is this not entrapment... how can the cops just go and lie to doctors and get fake ids? Doesn't State Bill 420 have penalties for that?
IS THIS THE MOST IMPORTANT CRIME WE CAN BE PROSECUTING IN SAN DIEGO?
