it really isn't that hard once you get the coordination down once. Don't think about it too much or you will have a hemorrhage. Just go with the flow of the exercise =)

Its for grace note  sub divisions and accents/Diddles/buzzes, so you don't try to force the beat. but rather just add those emphasized notes without any strain on your wrists or arms.

i dont mean to be argumentative but the right hand is what makes keeping the crazy stuff thats going with the left hand in time and together, it helps line up the random ass dotted sixteenth notes and shit etc.
