I think sad was a bit of an understatement. but like people are saying, it happened four years ago, are you just going to start hating on 2PM because of this incident. It's over and done with, it sucks but it seems as though both 2PM and Jay are doing well for themselves, if they can go on in peace, than why can't we just accept and get over it? It feels like there's a lot more to Jay's dismissal than JYP is willing to tell. I read somewhere that Jay was supposed to go back to 2PM but he did something else that made JYP terminate his contract. Whatever! Jay is awesome whether he's in a group or pursuing a solo career.
@neopong13 the reason why JYP terminated Jay's contract is a top secret...only JYP and certain poeple in JYPE know it...i'm not sure if 2PM members knew about it but JYP refuse to reveal it bcoz he said that Jay is still young and he got a long journey in his music career..jyp was afraid that if the real reason why jay left is made public, jay might lose his future in music industry...in other word....jyp wants to protect Jay's future and Jay left bcoz he wanted to protect his members...

omg i have made some research about it because Jay was my favorite member of 2pm and the comments he made where in 2005 and they got out in public in 2009 so the comments came out a year after his debut. And for what i read here that the JYP president is saying is that he was a b-boy at the time also he had lived in america wich means he wasnt used to things in korea if you put yourself in Jay's shoes there are a million reasons for witch he might have say that.
Honestly, if I would of heard about this sooner, during the time when things about this "I hate Korea" from Jay on his Myspace, I would of said something. I heard no one defended him at the start, so I would of came out and commented on that post myself. Telling him that I would of felt the same way. Jaebeom was born and raised in american, he could barely speak korean, and tbh Korean culture is totally different from American and British.In the way in which fans see their idols.In my opinion, fans r not as obsessed with their celebs in america.So if a american artist said i hate america it wouldnt have made no difference... But what i really hate about korean fans is how easily they turn against their idols. Makes me think do they really appreciate them for the songs or for their looks.

Jay must have done something to make JYP HAVE to terminate his contract. Jay was one of the more popular one in 2PM. JYP isn't dumb. He knew that if Jay left, 2pm's popularity would drop and create anti-2pm. Obviously there was a good enough reason for JYP to terminate his contract. Jay might have done something other than the Myspace issue.

So he made a mistake in the past and for that he needs to reflect and leave the group and I respect that as a fan but people change. It's normal to have a big down fall at some point of their life as a human being! The important thing is to learn to forgive and give people a second chance! And I hope Jaebom will make a great comeback, either going solo or join the team again!

@breeof2003 He has been forgiven. A bit late I suppose, they started to forgive him after he had left for Seattle. JYP then announced that he would be coming back and was in 2PM's next album, but then something else crept up. Fans and the public still have no idea what this thing that is worse than his MySpace posts is and it doesn't look like JYP is spilling it anytime soon. And because of this his contract has been permanently terminated.
i really missed jaebom... and i kept looking at their way back videos just to see the COMPLETE 2PM to mend my heart and tell that everything's goin to be okay...

omg i have made some research about it because Jay was my favorite member of 2pm and the comments he made where in 2005 and they got out in public in 2009 so the comments came out a year after his debut. And for what i read here that the JYP president is saying is that he was a b-boy at the time also he had lived in america wich means he wasnt used to things in korea if you put yourself in Jay's shoes there are a million reasons for witch he might have say that.

Honestly, if I would of heard about this sooner, during the time when things about this "I hate Korea" from Jay on his Myspace, I would of said something. I heard no one defended him at the start, so I would of came out and commented on that post myself. Telling him that I would of felt the same way. I only heard about 2pm from my friends this year and I started to research and look at things about them when they are still a group of 7. Honestly, I think 2pm and fans are stupid. I mean, the fans! Come on, some of you hated Jay too. Please notice I said "SOME." and 2pm is at fault too, you didn't stop him, even if you said you made a path for him to come back, it wasn't noticeable. Jaebeom was born and raised in american, he could barely speak korean, and tbh Korean culture is totally different from American and British.In the way in which fans see their idols.In my opinion, fans r not as obsessed with their celebs in america.So if a american artist said i hate america it wouldnt have made no difference... But what i really hate about korean fans is how easily they turn against their idols. Makes me think do they really appreciate them for the songs or for their looks.

Jay must have done something to make JYP HAVE to terminate his contract. Jay was one of the more popular one in 2PM. JYP isn't dumb. He knew that if Jay left, 2pm's popularity would drop and create anti-2pm. Obviously there was a good enough reason for JYP to terminate his contract. Jay might have done something other than the Myspace issue.

JYP then announced that he would be coming back and was in 2PM's next album, but then something else crept up. Fans and the public still have no idea what this thing that is worse than his MySpace posts is and it doesn't look like JYP is spilling it anytime soon. And because of this his contract has been permanently terminated.
