I just got a load of stand up comedy DVDs for Christmas. You really owned that flying boss lady.... =/ fail boss was fail? The hourly episode was a nice Christmas present to those who saw it at X-mas :3 The magazine does look small for the pump shotgun, if you look at it through the weapon lookie thing it says it's a 5.56 magazine, MINIGUN FTW!! XD -head bangs to heavy metal-

The minigun seems to eat ammo at a smaller rate, which is cool. In previous games I felt I was running out of bullets too fast.

The witchbrides also have to see you in order to attack you, which is helpful for surviving certain parts on Hard. On Normal, they wait a lot longer after appearing before they attack, while on Hard they attack pretty much right after appearing.

That last part reminded me of the beginning of "Alley of the Sphinxes - Road to Thebes" from the first game.

@AvistTorch I can't remeber the level name, but I think I know what you mean. it's a part at the end of the game, and you lose nearly all of your ammo as the level starts if I recall correctly? :)

Big-budget game: Skyrim

Medium-budget game: Serious Sam 3: BFE

Small Indie game: Dungeons of Dredmor (honorable mention: Bastion and Atom Zombie Smasher)

@AvistTorch I really enjoy Atom Zombie Smasher. I got it in a Humble Indie Bundle, and still haven't been able to complete it yet. :P

Also, you should really try targeting a whole bunch of enemies with the arrow (especially the groups of purple rocketeers), it's much more entertaining than watching one guys limbs fly :D

@RoyalPhysique09 I didn't know it was possible to target multiple people, I'll have to try that! The minigun part didn't go flawlessly, but I think i did it alright.

Serious Sam 1 technically consists of two parts: Serious Sam TFE and Serious Sam TSE. Then you have Serious Sam 2 (the cartoony one), and now Serious Sam 3 :P And I'm pretty sure BFE does in fact stand for Before First Encounter.

Merry Christmas! Enjoy your break! Since you asked, one of the things I got was a nice cushiony office chair. This is a bad time to be watching a Swalski marathon since comfortable chair + tired from long day = very sleepy. Cat on lap doesn't help either lol

My brother got MW3 for Christmas. Looking forward to trying it out. Myself, I got a bunch of older stuff during the Steam sale, like the Ghost Recon series, Total War: Shogun 2, and Skyrim.

I'll be watching this in about 10-15 minute installments.
