Thanks! The point of the tutorials is to help with functioning mechanics and gameplay, not to show off a pretty game. However, if you take the time you can create a lovely masterpiece using powerpoint. Just look at Pointer's Way 1-3!

How do you make it so that if they ry to click, nothing happens?

@carzdude1000 Such as if they click and they go to the next slide? Well, i believe it is in the transition column and in the area where you can set the amount of time for the transition, you can choose the option whether a mouse click will determine the transition to the next slide or nothing at all. Hope I helped. =)

I know how to make lives ==ok.First= Make 3 balls(lives) in the maze page and then create a copy of those page 2 times ok. Second= the second slide has 2 balls and the 3rd slide has 1 ball.Third= if you lose in first slide dont hyperlink it to game over instead link its to the second maze part.Fourth=the second maze hyperlink to 3rd maze and the the 3rd maze hyperlink to the game over page. lol

2007 powerpoint? well, i got 2007, and so did Josh recently. If you go to insert tab after making the shape, there should be a hyperlink button, next to it will be a action button. thats the on you should use. hope i helped! :D

Just Use Game Maker Its Way Easier. Powerpoint Isnt Meant to make games.

I HAVE Game Maker, and I know it's way easier. Yet, PowerPoint has its unique way for maing games and it's really good for beginners. Game Maker is too, but PowerPoint is one of the first steps to make games. I became involved in game making because of PowerPoint! It's best to take a few small steps at a time than one giant lunge for achievment.

Erm... when I try your version of "MAZE GAME", when I click on any part of the slide, I would have proceed to the which ever slide I put... WHY? I remember you should put something else, and I don't remember that something...

Ah yes. So that when you click anywhere and you DONT change to the next slide, go to slide transition. and go to advances slide. unchoose mouse click. that way clicking anywhere will reuslt in nothing! I did not think that would really matter to some people. But thanks for noticing that!
