i found it sad for atlantis it was so badly damaged but i cant understand How the heck did the laser not destroy the main tower

@bovb902 yes that is surprising but i could be due to the fact that the contact was only momentary and the laser didn't have enough energy accumulated on the tower to do any long term damage.
