Chip and Dale unwittingly discovered the "real" operation behind Donald's supposed nut butter. Donald in fact was actually making atomic components for the 1st hydrogen bomb. When Chip and Dale stole the "butter" which was in fact nuclear fuel components, this enabled Russia to discover the hydrogen bomb as well after conducting a snatch on the 2 dim witted chipmunks. Dale gave the reds all they needed without any trouble, while Chip was water boarded and deprived of sleep for weeks!
