Well written blog. Please redo this video after you have teens. It is so hard to have that conversation. It is easy to tell mechanics. But the emotions and feelings are difficult to explain. You want them to have a healthy sex life but not a slutty one.
Schools wait too long to give any give sex education, because parents go apeshit when you try and do it "too young" but then they wonder why the teen pregnancy rate is always so high. It's especially high in religious communities.
My mother talked openly about sex with me from a very, very, very young age, and I'm glad she did. I am 39 and I have no kids, no diseases, and no divorces. If she took that "don't talk about it" religious approach, I'd be divorced 3 times with 7 kids, by now.
