I've been wondering if Transformers could absorb Phazon as a substitute/supplement to Energon, considering the similarities between the two substances. If so, the Decepticons would likely try to create their own variant of the Omega Pirate. Now that would be terrifying.
Uh, why were Super Missles working so well on him? On both my Veteran AND Hypermode runs of this game the Plasma Beam AND Super Missles were nothing against hims, I had to tough it out on Veteran, but on Hypermode I had to use the Power Bomb cheat.
@InuYashafanboyee Do you mean like hitting the armor? I meant like actually damaging the Omega Pirate after you took off his armor. Those armor plates are hard to take off, though; I don't know if you actually have to hit the Phazon parts of it or if the actual shootable part of them is just a small target in general.
i would normally use a power bomb to his stomach to get the 4 limbs destroyed VERY quickly, dunno if you knew that but power bomb are a big help in this fight
@Andyrolled Oh, really? I didn't know that until recently, but it was after I recorded this. Oh well, I don't usually have a problem with this fight anyways.
@HyperCorruption Actually, I got through it in about 9 hours. But I had trouble finding the last few expansions in the game since I wasn't using a guide. I know where a lot of the expansions are, though.
@HyperCorruption Oh, it'll definitely be longer than this game. I'd say that after Part 28, I need just 2-4 more parts for the last two bosses of the game.
@ACDCGAMER I've got the maps showing the expansions on my channel if you want to use those. I haven't uploaded Sanctuary Fortress, Ing Hive, or Sky Temple Grounds yet, but I will do so when I get to those areas in the game.
@Terron145 Hmm, sounds like a good idea for me! It's not that I missed a lot of expansions or anything; I can easily get a good 80-90% of the items from memory.
@PBRMasterKai Yeah, I actually died my first time fighting him as well. I beat him the second time though, and the many times I've fought him afterwards have been easy since I've gotten so used to the game.
@ACDCGAMER Same. The irony is, on Normal Mode I kept getting owned by the rock dude... Ugh I forget his name.. He's the one guarding the Spider Ball. Anyhow, he'd keep pwning me like.. 10 times over, and yet on HARD Mode I like.. OWNED him and every other boss in the game.. O_o I didn't even have full expansions either.

@InuYashafanboyee You weren't using them right or something, because the Super Missile does a TON of damage against the Omega Pirate.

Man, the battle on the GCN was hell hard. Took me like.. 3 tries to beat him. But he was still epic, none-the-less.
