depends on what difficulty you finish it on... if you finish it on expert like us elite few... you get a platinum logo... hard is gold, and medium is ... idk... vinyl or something.... and yes its in career mode.

listen to this....i was playin on expert and i was on visions which is lik song 82/84 and i kept on failing so i picked practice after lik the 3rd time failing and after i finished practicin it i pressed quit and it brought me bak to the main menu......61/2 fuckin hours wasted!!!!

uhm... whenever you play as the instrument you beat it with i guess thats where it shows you your platinum instrument but idk what else you can get from beating the endless set-list..
