@EDTheBeastz it turned out really well actually. I recommend this recipe - quite easy! Some tips:
1. If your food processor is small, do the mix in 2 lots.
2. The correct time to turn off the oven is when the edges just start to get a slight golden colour to them. Also rotate the cheesecake in the oven if needed for even cooking.
3. Even after 2 hours in the fridge it still wasn't fully set. I would recommend overnight in the fridge before eating.
