looks like you mixed up alot of greenstuff,, start will smaller piches of greenstuff what you can work easy before it drys. not for sure but to me it seems if you keep what your not workin cover in water it last longer before it hardens...

it was really hard, cause it started to harden as soon as i started sculpting on the model
