OK, the security guards could be charged with assault, unlawful detention, or impersonating police officers. If the blogger "put his hands" on someone in the process of asking a question, it could be simple assault but only if it was part of an effort to act violently. Incidental contact is not assault. Besides security officers may detain, not cuff, until the police can make an arrest usually only for a felony. They didn't, of course, because the blogger had committed no offense.
